Albany Utility Board has purchase power contracts totaling 233 megawatts of capacity from Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia (MEAG) and the Southeastern Power Administration Agency (SEPA).
Water The Water Division provides clean, reliable water services and hydrants for fire protection to the City of Albany residents and some residents in Dougherty County. The water system provides approximately 14 million gallons daily to approximately 35,000 customers and maintains hundreds of miles of water
main and services.
