Mr. Burley is an Albany native. His current academic focus is Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus. He was a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. He also serves on the  Joint Board of Adjustment and Appeals and the Albany Dougherty Inner City Authority board.
