Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Program

The City of Albany, Department of Community and Economic Development administers one Revolving Loan Fund:  Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) RLF.  This RLF is gap financing primarily used for business development, equipment purchases, commercial improvement, working capital and business expansion opportunities for businesses located within the City of Albany.
