Donald Gray; is an Executive Logistician with 30 years of experience in Facilities Management, Fleet Operations, Strategic Planning, and Program Management.

Mr. Gray served 26 years in the United States Marine Corps where he filled various roles in Infantry, Fleet Management, Maintenance Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruiting, and Facilities Management to include grounds maintenance, disaster preparedness, construction management, facilities maintenance engineering, safety and risk management, and installation energy conservation.

After 26 years of honorable service; Mr. Gray retired from the Marine Corps Logistics Command at the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany, Georgia where he served as the Deputy Director of the Maintenance Management Center. In this position he supervised personnel developing, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of depot level maintenance policy, procedures, plans, and programs and the contracting of major construction projects.

After retiring from the Marine Corps Logistics Command, Mr. Gray served as Program Manager for Albany, Georgia operations for KBRwyle (formerly known as Honeywell Technology Solutions Incorporated) where he supervised facilities management, contracts planning, performance, schedule, integrity and compliance, employee relations, budget management, expense reporting, and safety and risk management for several multi-million dollar projects at various locations across the United States and overseas before assuming his current position with the City of Albany.

Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Prairie View A&M University, a Master of Science degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College, and a Project Management Certificate from the University of Houston. Mr. Gray also serves on the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Director’s as the immediate 2022 Past Chairman, Co-Chairman of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, and member of Governmental Affairs, Talent Education & Leadership, and the Small Business Development & Investor Engagement Committees. Mr. Gray also serves on the Board of Directors for the Sowega Council on Aging and AB&T Bank and also serves as the Board of Directors Chairman for the Commodore Conyers College and Career Academy.
