The City of Albany Human Resources Policy and Procedures Manual provide pertinent information about working at the City of Albany, Georgia.  The policies in the Manual will assist the City with attracting, developing, and retaining valued employees by providing managers and supervisors with guidelines to help them ensure that employees receive fair and consistent treatment in the workplace.  Also, the Manual serves as an updatable source of information on the City’s Policies, Procedures, and Employee Benefits.
