Stacey Rowe, Public Works Director 

Stacey Rowe has been employed with the City of Albany since May 23, 1988.  He began as a Construction Maintenance Apprentice with Public Works, Street Division, and then promoted to a Heavy Truck Driver in September 1989.  In March 1999, he was promoted to a Crew Supervisor and later a Senior Crew Supervisor in December 2000.  He continued to rise through the ranks in the Street Division when he became a General Supervisor in July 2003 and the Street Division Superintendent in May 2004.  In March 2020, he was promoted to Public Works Director.
